Raise standards in reading and writing across all year groups. To ensure consistently high-quality teaching and learning across all subjects, with particular focus on supporting and developing new staff and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). |

| EYFS | Increase percentages of pupils reaching a Good Level of Development by the end of EYFS. |

Develop children's understanding of equality and diversity. Strengthen sustainability education and pupil leadership opportunities. |
